Project: Advertising.

I need everyone to help me out.  I'm involved in a class that can severely improve my career as a copywriter. A couple of the higher ups within my company are running a session once a week that focuses primarily on analyzing and creating "good" ads. For those who don't know, I'm in the pharmaceutical advertising world. For the purposes of this class we will only think about consumer materials. Our first challenge was to take a KIWI shoe-shine advertisement and make it better. This particular ad was awful. It was a little ugly kiwi (the bird not the fruit) getting fired out of a hand drawn cannon. The idea being that this particular brand of shoe-shine was fast.......not unlike a kiwi.......getting shot out of a cannon........Retarded. Anyway, I have to present my best ads to the class and I want to make sure that I come in with the best options. So what does this mean? Since all of your brains combined are only slightly smarter than half of mine, I figure I could use your input. Below are my top five ideas as they currently stand. All suggestions or ideas are welcome and encouraged. Ad #1(Tongue Twister Ad)  Ad #2 (Tongue Twister 2 Ad)  Ad #3 (Compliments of Mike Johnson)

interesting

i like #3 and 4--if you're supposed to execute on a a speedy shine, i think these nail it. they sort of live in the same family as well so they might be considered 1 concept with 2 executions. i like #2 as well, just don't think it conveys speed. were you given a brief or am i reading too much into it?

the last one is fantastic but it might be better to use britney vs. jessica....

just my 2 cents. i hear that class is fantastic!

GREAT SIGHT

The next period in Pakistan’s history begins with the defeat of Raj Jaipal and his son Anandpal, rulers of northern areas of Pakistan, and of the Ismaili and Carmathian rulers of southern areas i.e., Multan and Sind at the hands of Mahmud Ghaznavi, leading to the vcp dumps unity of the two region. Eleventh century ushered in an era of Muslim rule over the entire length and breadth of Pakistan. During the 32 years of his rule Mahmud invaded Pakistan and India more than 17 times and though he carried his successful arms up to Muthra, Kanauj, Baran and Gawaliar, he did not annex any 642-812 area beyond Ravi. As such, Pakistan continued to remain separate from India, again looking westward constituting a part of the Ghaznavi Empire. The boundaries also were almost the same which had been coming down from the days of the Indus Valley Civilization. It will be notice that this phenomena of Pakistan forming a separate country with its eastern 70-270 pdf boundaries running upto either Ravi, Beas or Sutlej has been recurring again and again.
